The account holder is responsible for all activities, purchases and transactions made through their account.       2. Orders & Contract Formation<\/h3>\n

      • 2.1. Order Confirmation:<\/strong> After a successful payment, DDK will issue an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation only confirms that your order has been received. It does not constitute DDK’s acceptance of the order or guarantee product availability.<\/li>\n

Order Acceptance:<\/strong> Your order will only be considered accepted after the products have been prepared for shipment and DDK has issued a shipment confirmation or provided the courier tracking number. Until that time, DDK reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary.<\/li>\n

All payment transactions are processed securely by independent third-party payment service providers and are subject to their respective terms, conditions and privacy policies. DDK shall not be responsible for payment processing errors, unauthorized card usage or security incidents occurring within the systems of third-party payment providers.<\/li>\n
