Understanding the Three-in-One Quality Moat

The perfect flavor from tree to tongue

Ding Ding Wang's own orchards and cooperative orchards are located in Sungai Ruan, Raub District, Pahang, Malaysia. This area is one of the main Musang King durian growing regions in Raub District and is also an important high-quality production area in Malaysia, known for its superior soil, climate and growing conditions.
On the raw material side, in addition to our own orchards, we also establish long-term cooperation with local farmers through professional purchasing and quality screening methods. We control the production conditions and the timing of harvesting when the fruit is naturally ripe and turning yellow from the source, ensuring the stability and consistency of the quality of the raw fruit.
In the processing and cold chain stages, Dingdingwang collaborates with processing plants and cold chain logistics systems that have international food safety certifications. It uses liquid nitrogen rapid freezing technology, combined with low-temperature control throughout the process, to process and preserve durians in their optimal ripeness, thus shortening the distance between the production area and the consumer end.
By integrating key aspects of production, processing, and cold chain transportation, Ding Ding Wang is committed to implementing a farm-to-table quality management model, allowing consumers to consistently experience the flavor of durians from Malaysia in different markets.

Home Orchard Quality Guarantee

Raub, Pahang, boasts a warm and humid climate with abundant rainfall. Its hilly terrain and well-drained soil make it one of Malaysia's important Musang King durian producing regions. The natural environment and long-standing cultivation experience here contribute to the healthy growth of the durian trees and maintain the balanced flavor and consistent texture of the fruit.

It is instantly frozen at approximately -100°C, and the core temperature drops to -18°C within about 30 minutes, rapidly passing through the ice crystal formation zone to reduce damage to the fruit pulp cell structure and preserve the golden flavor and texture to the greatest extent.

The Secret of Origin

Raub district in Pahang is one of Malaysia's important Musang King plantation areas.

Malaysia, the "Hometown of Musang King Durian"

Raub District, Pahang

Malaysia has a tropical monsoon climate, with warm temperatures year-round and relatively even rainfall distribution, which is ideal for durian tree growth and sugar accumulation in the fruit. Raub district in Pahang is known as the "home of Musang King durians." The local red clay soil is rich in minerals and fertile. Combined with the hilly terrain and moderate diurnal temperature variation, this helps the durian flesh maintain its excellent texture and taste.

Most importantly, Malaysian durians are harvested "on the tree until they are fully ripe*", meaning the fruit is collected only after it falls naturally from the tree when it is completely ripe. This results in durians with a richer aroma and fuller flavor, symbolizing respect for quality and integrity.

★ Persistence in the Cultivation of Trees and Trees ★
"Harvested after the fruit has naturally ripened on the tree and fallen to the ground" means that the fruit is harvested after it has naturally ripened on the tree and fallen to the ground. The fruit has a richer flavor and a fuller aroma. It also symbolizes respect for quality and integrity.

Icebound Technology

Tiny ice crystals lock in the essence, preserving freshness for up to 18 months, freezing the perfect moment; perfectly avoiding the pesticide residue crisis of room temperature air passage.

  • Freezing instantly at -100°C, rapidly passing through the ice crystal formation zone without damaging the fruit pulp cell walls.
  • After thawing, the moisture loss rate is reduced by ten times, perfectly restoring the taste from the place of origin.
  • To avoid the formation of large ice crystals from traditional slow freezing, which can cause tissue collapse, a soft and watery texture after thawing.
