DINGDINGKING.COM (DDK) INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND QUALITY CLAIMS POLICY

1. Mandatory Freshness Nature and Finality of Sales
- 1.1. Perishable Food Classification: All luxury fruit products, fresh, chilled or frozen pulps, vacuum-sealed seed-pulp configurations, and purées distributed by DDK are premium, temperature-sensitive agricultural items. Due to the high risk of rapid spoilage if cold-chain controls are compromised, all sales are final.
- 1.2. Absolute No-Return Framework: Physical returns of dispatched food products are not accepted under any circumstances. Customers are strictly prohibited from shipping items back to our Malaysian processing facilities or regional logistical hubs. DDK will not accept, process, or inspect returned food items, and no refunds or exchanges will be triggered by physical product returns.
- 1.3. Exclusion of Subjective Claims: DDK does not offer refunds, replacements, store credits, or price adjustments based on subjective consumer criteria, including change of mind, personal taste preferences, aroma preferences, fiber distribution variances, or minor cosmetic deviations in fruit coloration.
2. Comprehensive Definitions of Material Defects
A formal claim for financial refund or product replacement will only be evaluated if the item exhibits a valid, material defect at the precise moment of risk transfer. Valid material defects are strictly limited to:
- 2.1. Severe Structural Contamination: Evidence of total package puncture, structural failure of the vacuum-sealed primary polymer skin, or unsealed exposure leading to macro microbial degradation occurring prior to delivery handover.
- 2.2. Total Thermal Degradation (China/HK Exclusive): For destinations inside China and Hong Kong, if verified tracking parameters and unboxing inspections establish that a shipment completely thawed, turned sour, fermented, or experienced significant fluid separation prior to arriving at the Customer’s address due to cold-chain failures during international transit.
3. Evidence Requirement and Step-by-Step Verification Mandate
To successfully process a material quality claim, the Customer must compile and submit a comprehensive technical evidentiary portfolio to the DDK Quality Claims Portal within twenty-four (24) hours of tracking-verified delivery receipt. Failure to supply these specific elements within this timeframe voids the claim.
- A. Continuous Unedited Unboxing Video Recording
- The complete, unbroken video must clearly display the shipping label barcode, the fully intact status of the external thermal shipping container before opening, and the complete unboxing process.
- The video must document the initial exposure of the sealed primary product pack;
- The visual inspection of the alleged damage or seal compromise without any camera cuts or editing.
- B. Detailed Macro Photography
- High-resolution, clear close-up photographs capturing the specific area of alleged spoilage, package tearing, or product compromise.
- C. Traceability and Batch Sticker Verification
- Clear, high-resolution photographs of the DDK validation labels, box numbers, harvest tracking batch codes, and shipping barcode stickers affixed to the packaging.
4. Claims Parsing, Replacement Logistics, and Banking Enforcement
- 4.1. Technical Evaluation Process: Upon receipt of a claim, the DDK Quality Control Department will audit the submitted video and photographic evidence alongside transit logs, flight tracking data, data-logger records, and production batch notes.
- 4.2. Approved Remediation Options: If a material quality defect is confirmed to have occurred before the point of risk transfer, DDK will provide either:
- A product replacement shipped via expedited air freight at DDK’s expense; or
- A credit refund issued to the payment method used during checkout, limited to the purchase value of the affected unit.
- 4.3. Goodwill Adjustments: Any rare goodwill considerations or partial credits provided by DDK in exceptional circumstances are entirely discretionary. They apply strictly to that individual case and do not establish an ongoing legal obligation, precedent, or waiver of these terms.

- 1.1. 易腐食品分类:由 DDK 分销的所有奢侈水果产品、新鲜、冷藏或冷冻果肉、真空密封的果核-果肉配置以及果泥,均属于优质、温度敏感型农产品。由于冷链控制一旦受损会带来快速变质的高风险,因此所有销售均为最终销售。
- 1.2. 绝对无退货框架:在任何情况下均不接受已发货食品的退货。严禁客户将商品寄回我们的马来西亚加工设施或区域物流中心。DDK 不接受、不处理也不检查退回的食品,且产品的退货不会触发任何退款或更换。
- 1.3. 排除主观索赔:DDK 不基于主观消费标准提供退款、更换、商店积分或价格调整,这些标准包括改变主意、个人口味偏好、气味偏好、纤维分布差异或水果着色上的微小外观偏差。
2. 物质缺陷的全面定义
只有当商品在风险转移的确切时刻表现出有效的、物质性缺陷时,才会对正式的财务退款或产品更换索赔进行评估。有效的物质缺陷严格限制为:
- 2.1. 严重的结构性污染:在交付交接前发生的外包装完全破损、真空密封的主聚合物外皮结构失效,或未密封暴露导致宏观微生物降解的证据。
- 2.2. 完全热降解(中国/香港专属):对于中国和香港境内的目的地,如果经验证的追踪参数和开箱检查证实,由于国际运输过程中的冷链故障,货件在送达客户地址之前已完全解冻、变酸、发酵或经历了严重的汁液分离。
3. 证据要求与分步验证授权
为了成功处理物质质量索赔,客户必须在追踪验证的交付签收后二十四(24)小时内,编制完整的技术证据组合并提交至 DDK 质量索赔门户网站。未能在该时限内提供这些特定要素的,索赔无效。
- A. 连续未经剪辑的开箱视频录像
- 完整、未断开的视频必须清晰展示运输标签条形码、打开前外部隔热运输集装箱的完全完好状态以及完整的开箱过程。
- 视频必须记录密封的主产品包装的首次暴露;
- 对所谓的损坏或密封受损进行肉眼检查,中途不得有任何镜头剪切或编辑。
- B. 详细的宏观摄影
- 高分辨率、清晰的近距离照片,捕获声称的变质、包装撕裂或产品受损的特定区域。
- C. 可追溯性与批次贴纸验证
- 贴在包装上的 DDK 验证标签、箱号、收获追踪批次代码以及出货条形码贴纸的清晰、高分辨率照片。
4. 索赔解析、更换物流与银行执行
- 4.1. 技术评估流程:在收到索赔后,DDK 质量控制部门将对提交的视频和照片证据,连同运输日志、航班追踪数据、数据记录器记录和生产批次票据进行审计。
- 4.2. 经批准的补救选项:如果证实物质质量缺陷发生在风险转移点之前,DDK 将提供以下任一补救措施:
- 通过加急空运寄送由 DDK 承担费用的替代产品;或者
- 向结账时使用的支付方式发放信用退款,金额限于受影响单位的购买价值。
- 4.3. 商誉调整:DDK 在特殊情况下提供的任何罕见的商誉体恤或部分积分均完全属于自由裁量。它们严格适用于该个案,不构成持续的法律义务、先例或对这些条款的豁免。
